Both of our stores are open from 11-5pm Tuesday to Saturday with appointments available to book in the mornings in Newbridge only.
I wanted to let you know some of the ways that we will be conducting business going forwards to ensure your safety and ours:
Our premises are small so we will limit our capacity to 3 customers at any one time. We ask that you be mindful if you have someone with you who is not shopping that they are preventing another customer from coming in. Our stylists will let you know if we are at capacity so please be prepared to wait outside if necessary.
We will have hand sanitation stations at both the door and dressing rooms.
While we are not making masks compulsory in store, our staff will be wearing them. We also have social distancing mapped out in store
We will have to restrict time spent in store if there are people waiting to get in. So we ask that you please have an idea of what you are looking for before coming to the store. We will have private 1-on-1 appointments available on Tuesdays and Wednesday mornings. While these appointments are in particular for those who have compromised immune systems, are in an at risk group, cocooners, those who are perhaps a single mother and cannot leave a child at home, everyone is more than welcome to book an appointment. Please read the conditions at the time of booking. These sessions will available in our Newbridge Store only for the time being. Please call ahead of time to book in with us on 045435252.
We ask that you do not bring young children to the store with you where possible. If you cannot work around this we ask that you please use one of our private sessions where they will be more than welcome to hang out in our kiddie corner. Again, having a child with you in store may prevent another customer from entering our store. We don’t mean to offend and hope that you understand.
We encourage you to be selective about the pieces you would like to try on. We ask that you allow our staff to handle any clothes you would like to look at to minimise the touchpoints in store. We will use our small styling rail to display the pieces you have chosen. This is also how we will pass garments to you to facilitate keeping social distancing a priority in store. Should you wish to try on in store you are more than welcome! Our fitting rooms will be disinfected between each customer and will be let sit for 30 minutes where possible. Clothes will be steamed at high temperature if they are not purchased and will be taken off the floor and ‘quarantined’ where our stock levels allow it. Again, please look at our website before you come in so you know roughly what you are looking for.
Where ladies are not comfortable trying on in store you may bring your purchases home to try in the comfort of your own home. If you find that they are not suited to you, there will be a period of 48 hours where you can return them and get a full refund. This is the only change to our current policy to accommodate COVID-19. As normal, if the period of 48 hours lapses, you will be entitled to exchange or credit note only within 7 days of return. Also, online orders will remain the same where a full refund is possible within 7 days.
We will be reassessing as we go with regards to our procedures and opening hours so please keep an eye on our social media before your next visit. Again, we are really looking forward to seeing you all and hope that you’re staying safe!
