We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service on any item that you are purchasing as a gift.
Your gift will arrive beautifully wrapped, with a complimentary gift card, personalized with your message. To avail of this service, simply email us your order number to customercare@marygrant.com along with your instructions, personal message etc. Please let us know if it is for a specific occasion so that we can choose and appropriate gift card.
CLICK & COLLECT
You may purchase any item and collect it from your chosen store. Please allow extra time for your item to be transferred between stores as stock transfers are done weekly. We will advise you when your item will be available to collect from your chosen store.
To avail of our CLICK & COLLECT service, simply add your item to your shopping bag & proceed to checkout where you can select click & collect from the list of delivery options.
Choose the click & collect service under delivery options and select the store which you would like to collect from.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are available in any amount of your choice. You will find set amounts in our gift department, but you can contact us at customercare@marygrant.com with your request if you the preset amounts do not meet your needs. If you are purchasing a gift voucher for an occasion, we can send it directly to your chosen recipient with a gift card, suited to the occasion & personalised with your message.
TAX FREE SHOPPING IN IRELAND
If you are a visitor to Ireland from outside of the EU & shop in either of our stores, you can avail of tax free shopping.
How it works
If you are a non EU resident visiting Ireland, you are entitled to claim VAT back on items purchased which are brought home at the end of your visit. The VAT rate in Ireland is 23%, however the available VAT content for refund is 18.07% from which a small handling fee is deducted by the Refund Agency.
Shop
When shopping always ask for your Tax Free Worldwide form. The store will provide you with a form, a pre-paid envelope and an information leaflet to help make your claim.
How to claim
Please sign and complete this form prior to returning it to Tax Free Worldwide. The information required includes: Name, Address, Passport Number, Arrival and Departure dates from the EU, Credit Card number (for refund) and your Signature. Completed forms can be returned to Tax Free airport desks or mailed back to their office upon your return home.
Do I need a customs stamp?
A Customs Stamp is only required if your form has a sales value greater than €2,000. Customs Courtesy Telephones are available in the Arrivals Hall of both terminals in Dublin Airport. For all other sales values your completed form can be returned directly to Tax Free Worldwide.
High Value Sales (Over €2,000)
Please present your form to Customs prior to leaving the country. A Customs Courtesy phone is located in the Arrivals Hall of both terminals in Dublin Airport (see maps below). Customs will need to see your completed tax free form, goods, passport and flight details. Once stamped you can return your form to the Tax Free Worldwide desk or mail the form to our office upon returning home. If you have any difficulty contacting Customs please proceed to the Tax Free Worldwide desk where the staff will assist you.
