Why I Do What I Do

I work with women entrepreneurs who’ve already built successful businesses. They’ve achieved a lot—hit major milestones, checked off their goals—and yet, there’s this pull for more. They aren’t ready to slow down, rather they want their next chapter to be more impactful, more aligned with who they’ve become, and more rewarding both financially and personally.

These women are no strangers to hard work. They’ve spent years building something meaningful, often while raising a family. And now, with their kids grown or at a stage where they have a bit more breathing room, they feel this deep sense that now is their time to claim new ground. They’re ready for a challenge that reignites their fire, something that takes them beyond what they’ve done before.

But despite their past success, stepping into the unknown brings up deep questions: “Am I out of my mind challenging myself to rise to a new level when so many around me are talking about slowing down?” “Should I just double down on what I’m already doing and be grateful for what I’ve achieved instead of reaching for more?” “Why am I not happy to settle for what I can already do with my eyes closed?”

They know they’ve got more to offer, but with that comes the whisper of doubt, questioning whether wanting more is ungrateful or unnecessary. Yet, the pull toward something bigger won’t go away.

Why I’m the Person to Help

I’ve run my own fashion business for over 30 years, navigating the highs and lows, pivoting through different routes to market, and never dropping the ball. My entrepreneurial journey started early, growing up in a family business, but it was in founding and growing my own fashion brand that I learned what it takes to create and sustain something meaningful over time.

The golden thread throughout my journey has been this: I connect the dots, ditch the unnecessary, and create order from chaos. I’m known for making things happen and getting real results. I love helping people break through their roadblocks and challenge the way they see the world—because when you change how you see things, you remove your own obstacles.

I thrive on getting people to rise up from where they are. I know firsthand that what got you here won’t get you there, and that holding onto what no longer serves you will only slow you down. I help people let go of the things keeping them stuck and push them forward into the new.

Life hasn’t been without its challenges, from the ups and downs of entrepreneurship to navigating single motherhood. These experiences have strengthened my resilience and sharpened my ability to turn obstacles into opportunities. That’s why I’m the person to help women step into their next level—I’ve walked this path, and I’ve seen the other side.

What I Do

I help women entrepreneurs who are already successful dream bigger, step into exciting new levels of success, and take bold action toward the future they desire. My work is about helping them unlock the clarity, confidence, and momentum they need to create real change in their lives and businesses.

In our work together, we dive deep. When life starts “life-ing,” and they hit a wall, I’m there with them to help them get out of their own way, pause, breathe, and readjust. I validate their experiences, offer encouragement, and when needed, provide that strategic nudge to keep them focused on what truly moves the needle toward their dreams.

My coaching focuses on three key areas: laser clarity, magnetic presence, and unstoppable momentum. Without clarity and direction, it’s easy to get caught up in the busy-ness of life. Without momentum, even the best vision can get sidelined by life’s curveballs.
